Shipping/Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

Free shipping on all orders. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@volticebike.com

Return & Refund Policy:

30-Day Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our products, but we understand that you may have second thoughts or find a product isn't exactly what you expected. That's why we offer a 30-day Return Policy on most of our items.

If you wish to return a product for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, you will need to cover the return shipping costs, and we will assist you with a full refund.

Please Note: To be eligible for a refund, returned items must arrive at our distribution center in "Like New" condition with all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means that the product shows no signs of wear or damage.

This 30-day policy applies to all products unless otherwise specified below.

Some brands may incur a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs.

Please check individual product pages for specific return details, as certain manufacturer restrictions may apply.

For damaged or defective products, we will assist in processing an exchange.

After receiving your returned item(s) and confirming they are in their original, undamaged condition, we will send you an email confirming your refund.

If you wish to make a return, please email us at support@volticebike.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the process.

Damages

If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately upon signing for delivery and send photos to support@volticebike.com on the day of receipt. Voltic Ebike will cover the cost of any defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. Items that become damaged after use are not refundable unless covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team by email or phone immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations made before order processing will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after processing will be subject to our 30-Day Return Policy, including return shipping costs.

Important Note

Our 30-day Return Policy is subject to our vendors' return policies. If a product is not eligible for returns under this policy, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
